How To Install/Add New Fonts For Photoshop/Corel Draw On Windows Corel doesn't replace the missing font with an other font text it just shows up on my screen as a blank page. When I open a file that is missing fonts on my system the Font Substitution for Missing Fonts does not display on opening that file.

The version that came with X4 worked in XP, but when I upgraded to Windows 7 it wouldn't install Type 1 fonts, and it wouldn't install any missing fonts when a file loaded. I've read that doing a re-install has fixed this issue for some but that's not really an option as far as I'm concerned. I also don't have an "Install Font" option available under 'File'. Running Windows 7 bit and quite happy with it except for the irritation that all my fonts aren't availalble for Preview.

You can refer the below mentioned link on how to install the fonts. In Windows 7, there is no option in the file menu to install a font. Try performing the clean boot procedure and check if it helps. Make sure you unhide the hidden files after the troubleshooting is done by selecting Do not show hidden files, folders and drives. Click the View tab and check to select Show hidden files, folders and drives. Now click Organize and click Folder and search options. Check for the same by following these steps. Most likely the fonts that are installed on your computer are hidden.
